I use to be the General Manager and a Computer Technician at NACA (North Alabama Computer Associates). I am now running my own business and I still provide remote computer support for NACA’s customers as needed. We are available 10:00am to 10:00pm CST seven days a week, after hours and holiday remote support is available if needed. Computer hardware repairs require you to contact the store’s service department and once they have the computer’s hardware fixed I will be happy to help you get your computer’s software customized to your exact needs. Any work done by BCS (Ben’s Computer Services) is billed separately from any repair work you have done by the store, we accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal. Payment is expected at the end of the job unless prior arrangements have been made. We only accept checks from our long term clients.
