Hello everyone, this is Ben and I was the General Manager and a Computer Technician at NACA years ago. As of September 2022, I have acquired the store’s domain name and Facebook page since North Alabama Computer Associates closed their doors. A small group of us have formed a team to help provide computer and smart device support via remote support and/or on-site service in the Madison and Huntsville areas (we do not have a brick-and-mortar location for you to visit). We are available 10:00am to 6:00pm CST Monday through Saturday. After hours and holiday remote support is available if needed. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment is expected at the end of the job unless prior arrangements have been made. We only accept checks from our long-term clients.
OUR SPECIALTY: Monthly update and maintenance done remotely after hours is available to help you keep your home/business computer(s) updated and secured. We can assist you with most devices that can be plugged into your computer or router. Remote assistance is also available for most name brand mobile devices. If on-site assistance is required, we will arrange that with you.
NOTICE: We do not have access to the store’s old database nor can we honor any warranty you may have left on your system. Most parts in your system have a warranty from the manufacture and we can assist you in checking it’s status before we repair your system.
